Pros
Decent setup for a startup. The working environment is modern (stand-up desks etc) with coffee and cold treats freely available. Benefits are good and time off is encouraged. Hybrid working works well enough. The people are specialists, they know their stuff and the culture is about getting things done vs. talking about it.
Cons
The customer expectations are high! It’s an environment where you can’t afford to make too many mistakes as they’ll impact everyone else’s workload. Too many unsuitable people are applying for the analyst roles (and failing) and they create a lot of negative feedback.
