      Company car and no Sundays.

      Cons

      Poor and clueless management. Terrible pay plan. Run down dealership with no heating in the winter and no air conditioning in the summer. Made the scapegoat for manager mistakes. Service department and valeters can’t do their jobs properly. I’m still waiting 6 months for outstanding commission owed to me.

      Great sales team everyone gets along

      Cons

      Management is AWFUL. Everything is micromanaged you can’t do your job without management letting you do it. If you disagree with them they never take accountability. Expected to work out of hours often. Poor commission.
