Pros
-People in my hiring stage were lovely and very fast turnaround of application. -Getting to bring your pets in is very nice and changes the mood of the office. -There is a lot of events and new things happening in the company.
Cons
-Training was minimal and if I made a mistake, I wouldn't know about it until there was an issue. -Successful to get the role as an 'Entry' level only to be removed after my probation. -Never had a problem until the day I was given my exit interview. -Clicky teams depending on where you are based. -If you don't fit in you'll know about it and they'll want to remove you. -My specific team wanted me to do long hours despite being only a new starter with not loads to do. -Asked for extra work but then constantly given nothing and expected to stay. -I arrived early every morning (for my short 3 months) but if I didn't stay past 5 I was the problem.
