Work from home, visit schools in district, okay product, colleagues were great, boss not so much. The organization means well, but they cannot execute a solid and forward thinking strategy to combat weaknesses in their sales approach.

Mico-managing supervisor, poor foresight and weak corporate planning. The organization was not able to conquer their problems, and put pressure on the employees to fix things using out of date/out of touch processes.
