    Some students are quite good.

    Cons

    The culture is very poor at Plymouth. Admin staff are treated much better than academic staff, and are held in higher regard. Rules and deadlines are devised solely to benefit admin and upper management with little thought given to how this impacts students and lecturers. Bullying by management is common, and many are simply incompetent. Despite legions of admin staff, more and more admin tasks are being relegated to academic staff. In some faculties, morale and collegiality are quite low.
