Micromanaging leadership team made up of social workers who do not understand what goes on day to day. They cannot take constructive criticism from their nurses and techs who just want to improve their working environment and improve patient care/safety. ALWAYS short staffed. There is a reason for this although leadership blames covid. Benefits are mediocre at best. Charting system is not functional. Communications within the organization is basically through email only and inconsistent.
