      Pros

      I have been given various opportunities for growth. I feel support in my interest to learn new skills. I love the field and also our leadership.

      Cons

      While bonus has a lot of potential, it feels too unknown sometimes. No cost of living raises. I feel like i make the same when I started due to rising costs even though I have had some raises.
