Able to move up in the company quickly, if you work hard.
Cons
Inconsistent training and upper management plays favorites. If you're not on the upper management's good side, you won't be working there for long. Management micromanages everything and the lack of communication and ability to come to someone to discuss and correct specific issues does not exist. Instead issues are discussed behind closed doors and not brought to the attention of that person. Actions are taken out of context, without a chance to explain reasoning behind those actions. Then corrective action is taken without correct coaching.
