      Pros

      Maybe the location of the office. Can't really think of any other pros of working at this place honestly. The idea is good but implementation is not.

      Cons

      Has the worst management in place. Anything and Everything would be taken up to the top management and escalated. The pay is too low. And work so stressful and demanding. You'd be working 13/14 hours a day never to have your efforts recognised. They hire and fire with no consideration to the contributions made to the team and have no employee retention policy in place

      Pros

      The culture is great. It's a meritocracy where you can go as far as you want and good ideas are listened to and even adopted. None of that bro energy or who's the smartest in the room energy. Just hard working people who want to win, and who want to help each other win by designing and implementing a great product. Making sure the customer gets a great ROI is what its all about.

      Nothing I can think of.
