Blake and Bryan expect every employee to go above and beyond their position (which is expected) but they won't give you the facilities to do so, the money to do so, and also expect you to work 25+ hours a week on top of being a student. They also expect you to average 10-20 leases a week when no one wants to live at their property due to lack of parking, lack of amenities and rates. They also think that increasing rates when no one wants to live here will solve anything. I would recommend working anywhere that they are not over you.
