Meh - Marketing Director Premier Property Management Employee Review

Upper management is a nightmare. From my experience, everyone was consistently burnt out from how demanding management can be on top of how much everyone works with little time off. They are very hard to talk to as a new hire. They also don’t seem to take employee suggestions and concerns into consideration which makes being overworked feel so much worse, knowing that everyone is genuinely trying their best but there’s always a looming threat of consequences if an unrealistic goal isn’t met (and they give you the bare minimum tools to do it).
