    Pros

    Hmmmm hard one. I would say free food. If it wasn't for the 20 word min I wouldn't have said anything else

    Cons

    Multiple Supervisor - Confusing Leadership Hours Team Nights. - ( Tell you to go out and enjoy the night. Drink & party with co workers & management. Til 4 in the morning. But expect you to arrive to work 6am. ) Lack of leadership

    Advice to Management

    Add some structure & look for ways to encourage workers to work hard and have fun without risking their jobs
