I worked at Pret A Manger part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Pay is alright i guess
Some employees are nice
Free food
They have charities
Theyre usually in central areas
Thats it theres actually nothing else

Cons

One of the ones in oxford street, they 'help out' a homeless guy by giving him coffee bit when people want to buy him coffee they say he wont drink it
If youre young and look young (im 17) they will be difficult with youre last payment
They always make mistakes like 'adjust the rota' resulting in me not being able to work
They dont tell you what you're entitled to food wise
Some of the management are rude or never show up
The team leaders make younger employees do the worst jobs

Advice to Management

Fix up or some of your shops will lose on customers
