    Pros

    The contract is fixed and not 0 hours Lunch is free and breaks are paid Your uniform is supplied for you

    Cons

    Low pay for the level of work expected Management bonuses are profit driven so hours are cut often The £1 bonus is often used as a threat to keep people in line I would recommend joining a union
