I worked at Pret A Manger full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Meals on duty
    Good coworkers
    Good Company and conditions

    Cons

Being happy or not depend a lot on the manager, I had nightmares with one of the managers whereas next one was awesome.

Lots of pressure if you work in the kitchen.

Rota is not stable enough, you are supossed to have two weeks notice but it doesnn't happen always.
