I have been working at Pret A Manger for more than 5 years

    Pros

Get to work with nice people and different cultures. Benefits Flexibility for Rota, once you became senior. Easy to get holiday dates, when needed it Management courses are helpful.

    Cons

Long hours, inexperience Operation Managers. Companhy values have been lost along do way, bonus scheme not very fair. Pay raises no fair either, You don't get reward for results and work ethic, just if you have a close relationship with your Operation Manager, you are the new hot of the month.

I worked at Pret A Manger full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

room for growth, the possibility of weekly bonus, good hourly pay

    Cons

I've worked in several stores and unfortunately, the rules are not the same under every manager, there is clear favoritism, people are overworked and taken advantage of.
