I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The team is like a family, the company cares about organising and doing things to encourage the team work. Free delicious food during paid breaks. Hard work but big team to make sure the standards are still there.

    Cons

Lot of people has part time contract. The salary is ok (not minimum wage and better than other similar places) but could better, I find it a low salary mostly for the managers and assistant manager, I believe they deserve higher pay.

    Advice to Management

I love this company and would like to keep promoting myself in here, but sometimes I'm not sure if this place will give me a good stability to live. The salary is not that good for managers, just enough for Their expenses. I would love to work in head office but there's only offices in London and I'm not looking to move to London. Makes me consider other companies even if I like pret so much.
