    I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Paid food, hot drinks, breaks. Discounts, environment, people, parties, bonus and some awards.

    Cons

    The pressure, targets and mystery shopper standards are extremely hard to follow. Every shop has less people than required as this affects shops profitability. After 2 years, I have realised that the company does not care as much about the staff as they did a year ago or more. There are less awards, pay is about the same as average now and shifts starting from 5 only increase health problems.
