    Free staff food, wages are higher than at it's competitors, bonus scheme

    Cons

    Very stressfull environment (especially at back of house)

    Advice to Management

    Come to your shop at weekends from time to time to see how it's look like when it's understaffed

    Payment on time good n fun environment

    Cons

    Low salary,they don t pay overtime although they ask you to work overtime regularly at least at Oxford street pret

    Pay the overtimes
