    I have been working at Pret A Manger for more than a year

    Pros

    Bad management and not taking care about people

    Cons

    cons are even worse, sometimes working 7 days in a row , then 1 day off and starting again. Meanwhile you off mistery shopper did not like the smile of your college when he has been served and your bonus s gone for all week, which is 1 pounds per hour

    Advice to Management

    do not give power to irresponsible people
