I worked at Pret A Manger full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The teams, team work hard but need protection . food

    Cons

Discriminating managers and upper leadership. If you can play games Pret is perfect. Hard work doesn't count but only when you push teams hard for bonus and not train them. When team member complains of hard treatment manager will get rid of them. There is no care from manager that goes to meetings but no show for improving things. I could not work there anymore and moved away to start fresh.

    Advice to Management

Stop discriminating team members that want to grow and work hart. You chose leaders that play your game you don't train and don't know often how things work. I woked very hart but have nothing from it and feel depressed how team is treated. It has become worse and you need to change a lot of managers.
