    I worked at Pret A Manger full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The teams, team work hard but need protection . food

    Cons

    Discriminating managers and upper leadership. If you can play games Pret is perfect. Hard work doesn't count but only when you push teams hard for bonus and not train them. When team member complains of hard treatment manager will get rid of them. There is no care from manager that goes to meetings but no show for improving things. I could not work there anymore and moved away to start fresh.
