I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The best thing about Pret is the friends I met. Free food and coffees.

    Cons

I worked only to survive during studies. I coped to manage stressful business, but am glad to leave. Pret was the worst job I had mainly due to management being overbearing and the the job too demanding. We are micromanaged every step and I feel suffocated. I can only advice anyone looking for a job if you're not desperate don't start at Pret. I'ts not worth the money for the stress.

    Advice to Management

Do some anger management classes and stop treating your team like slaves!
