    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Pret A Manger full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Hiring process is robust and Engaging. Sadly its terrible beyond this

    Cons

    - Demotivating Team Leads.Grossly biased unless you are from their country/background. In the two weeks only heard 'you have to be fast' - to all new recruits, mind it. - Tasks used to be switched instantly from one station to another. Only constant was handling of trash - dispose it when you start, when you take a break or are closing your shift. - On the 8th day of joining - assigned to close the kitchen - with no prior guidance or handholding or a Mop. Floor was supposed to be cleaned with a Blue Role,By Hand.
