I worked at Pret A Manger full-time for more than a year

    Pros

When I started at Pret a friend recruited me because I worked with coffee and hoped to work only Monday to Friday. But I worked all hours and shifts often for more then 60 hours a week. If you want to grow and be promoted you have to make friends with the managers. I meet a lot of good people who deserve better then working for pret

    Cons

Absolute nightmare to work. Management is horrible working you to excaustion until you just want to leave. Pay too low for double work
