Pros

- Nice pay
- Great perks and incentives. This includes weekly pay, possible bonuses and great discounts.
- Excellent food options

Cons

- They expect perfection
- High stress levels when understaffed (due to level of perfection desired)
- Very little to no leniency on rules

Advice to Management

Try not to make the employees feel like just workers. Have chats with them or throw compliments instead of test them every time you see them.

    They will hire you even if you do not know the language

    Cons

    Your thoughts are worthless, you are there to keep up with the work. If you want to promote you better be ready to not have a personal life years.....55hours a week to show you are worthy.
