I worked at Primark part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Plenty of opportunities for overtime. - You get paid for every minute you work there. - Friendly staff and you get to meet various kinds of people. - Always something to do because it's always busy there. - Decent pay for students. - You get trained from supervisors and plenty of staff to help when it gets really busy.

    Cons

    - It gets busy and messy too quick. - Constantly tidying can get repetitive and tiring, if you have long shift on the day.

    Advice to Management

Staff's are ususally trying their best on keeping their section neat and tidy, so try not to have unrealistic expectations, especially when you know Primark can get too busy and messy.
