Pros
I worked in the corporate office for about a year and reported directly to a SVP. The individual contributors at Prime are really the heart of the company.
Cons
Middle management lacks proper mortgage experience and leans on micro-management as a result. Their pay is towards the bottom of a bell curve when you take the current market conditions into account. Management are slaves to the 9-5 mentality and view flexible working conditions as a plague.
