There are none, they will throw large salaries at people to get them in the door then you are on your own!
Cons
Management are so far removed from the business its ridiculous. A culture that is awful led by people who are vindictive, malicious and extremely unprofessional. They don't give a toss about any of their employees and if you dare open your mouth to raise any concerns you are treated like a total outcast. Worst career move I ever made and will be leaving this kip off my CV. The staff turnover speaks for itself . No onboarding at all from HR for new staff and if you have any issues they don't want to know. My manager was so unprofessional calling people names, and the office environment was so toxic I left without another job to go to. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
