High Pressure Environment With Heavy Focus on Metrics - Account Executive ProCare Therapy Employee Review

Pros

Good if you're starting to work somewhere but don't stay too long. Good benefits.

Cons

The role is extremely metrics-driven, with a strong emphasis on call volume rather than relationship building or long-term placements. Expectations to meet daily call metrics are strict and often emphasized over actual deal progress. Many factors that determine success in recruiting (candidate availability, client demand, timing) are outside of recruiters control, yet performance reviews appear heavily tied to immediate placements within short timeframe. Management structure felt inconsistent, and guidance for improving performance could've been clearer. It also appear that candidate pipelines were frequently recycled, making it difficult to consistently find new viable leads. Turnover seem insanely high, which may reflect the pressure and expectations placed on new hires early in the tenure.

Pros

Will hire almost anyone if you have a college degree

Cons

Quantity over quality (care about numbers, not you), young management - people being promoted after 1 year of working there, business model is to churn and burn employees, vets are favored, commission compared to what you bring in for the company is exceptionally low, rules change consistently and usually do not benefit you, going against 4-5 other Soliant companies, NO QUALIFIED LEADS, meetings every day that waste time and are practically just for management to hear themselves talk, it's truly like being at daycare. They will also preach to you to work after hours in order to be successful. All you do is skim off the top of hard working employees, and convince them to take lower wages.
