From the start of the recruitment process, I was kept well- informed of the progress of my application. The interview was relatively informal, so there's no need to stress about difficult questions. The staff are highly personable, motivated and willing to go the extra mile to help their colleagues: I was made to feel very welcome when I started my new role. As others have mentioned, the mental health and wellbeing provision in this company is something to be proud of. They have also adapted well to the challenges of Covid-19 in terms of working remotely.
