Pros

Some good and friendly people, mostly coming from lower levels

Cons

I am not the kind of person who usually write this kind of review, especially because I always had good and positive experiences in my career, but here, was not definitively the case: - Management is useless, some people find themselves in apical positions, without any job-related merit, but because they are best friends with the management - Salaries are ridiculous, 24k as average for people (even if they have PHDs) who are working hard and long hours in a very niche industry - They like to recruit unexperienced people, in order to pay them less and because they are usually not willing or mature enough to go against management even when they absolutely should - If you are just a person with a self-esteem and willing to share your views, you are going to end up in the “blacklist”, so your career there is ended - Team leaders are so scared of people under them doing better, that they try everything to make their resources unable to achieve any success - Lots of discretionary decisions made just to privilege some people - zero flexibility, zero trust

Pros

Great place to work as a contractor. Pay was fair, benefits offered to contract employees are great. Any time I had an issue or concern, my recruiter, and other staff that assisted me was attentive, responsive and extremely helpful.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the company to be a strong place to begin your career and that you enjoyed our PTO offerings. Career development and wellbeing are both areas we are committed to for our employees, so it’s great to know these made a positive impact during your time here. We’re also grateful for your honesty about the challenges. Recruitment can at times feel fast-paced and high‑volume. Whilst we encourage in-person meetings with candidates and clients, this is not always possible and therefore a lot of our day to day activities are phone based. Being able to connect with candidates and clients over the phone is a fundamental part of the recruitment process. That being said, we are continually looking for ways we can improve our working environment and have taken your feedback on board. We appreciate your contributions while you were with us and wish you all the best in your next steps.
