I worked at Professional Power Products full-time

    Pros

Some very smart and helpful colleagues Some very interesting customers and projects to work on

    Cons

Some very unprofessional people, including in management A lack of standard work Favoritism Poorly utilized systems - too much still tracked through Excel (!!) spreadsheets

    Advice to Management

Implement standard work and document processes so new people have a reference tool and management has something to hold employees accountable to. Utilize the systems you have implemented and get off the spreadsheets!
