The accountability structures in place keep people in line with what they say they want to accomplish! It requires an ownership mentality and willingness to make sacrifices but that is the path to making any great impact.

No workplace is perfect and the nature of manufacturing is a difficult space to work in but it is so much fun for the right people. The consistent grind is not for everyone, but gives a lot of energy to those who enjoy fast paced environments.
