Pros
There are two distinct camps at Propper Manufacturing – new hires and the old timers who have been around for a while. I’ll chiefly be speaking to the old-timers like me. This is by no means a perfect company, but they absolutely take care of those who show initiative as well as a willingness to stick around for the long-term (as opposed to taking off after a year). I agree that Propper Manufacturing definitely cuts a better deal for newbies, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room to grow in the company for those looking for a career.
Cons
Several to list. Low pay, competitiveness that can turn toxic, terrible benefits. Like I said, this company isn’t perfect, but I still stand by my statement that there’s still room for immense growth if you’re willing to stick it out.
