Pros

Some great people and nice office space.

Cons

Questions to ask when interviewing for a BDR position at Pulsar Platform. - What are my on-target earnings and how does this benchmark against your very best BDRs' success? - What is your employee turnover for the BDR team in the last year? - What are your KPIs for demos booked per month? How many demos on average does the team book per month? - What is the ratio for BDR-generated demos that have closed/ VS all demos booked in the last year? - When and how many BDRs successfully achieved your progression plan? Do you have a progression plan? - How many BDR-generated demos did my BDM close in the last year? - Who runs the BDR team and what real experience does this person have against booking meetings/ or running successful teams?

Pros

Fun space to work in (social media), young and tech savvy clientele.

Cons

Healthcare is garbage if you live in the US, and if you get laid off, they'll take your healthcare away EOD the day you get laid off and not send you any COBRA options for at least a week, leaving you completely uninsured with no notice. One month severance. Global team does not care about accessibility when it comes to remote colleagues, frequently talking over one another in group meetings so that anyone online cannot hear anything, making meetings cliquey and unproductive. Sales wildly oversells the product leading to disappointment in the kickoff/training. Product has really significant issues and downtime but the already overwhelmed support team has been cut in recent layoffs. Pay is incredibly low, and OTE is not attainable with the number of issues the product has. No raises in span of working there, even after Cost of Living discussions in annual reviews. They will gladly ask for more work from you but will not give you more money for it.
