Pros
The mission is to democratise hiring - giving everybody an equal opportunity to find a role they will enjoy and be successful in. We predict success and remove bias. The people here are great - incredibly smart and always willing to take the time to help each other out. It feels like a family. The growth is so fast it can make your head spin - lots of fun and lots to do
Cons
We don't have everything worked out yet, so processes are thin on the ground and change often. Need to be good at dealing with ambiguity and just getting on with it
