Scheduling meetings across time zones can sometimes be complicated

fun place to work, good communication from managers (if they decided to). work-life balance. I have worked from all my heart for Qbtech, I thought it would be my long-term place to stick with.

I wan unlucky with the manager I was reporting to, I've seen managers of other departments fights for their employees to make them feel comfortable and support them to achieve what they want. But my manager very easily abandoned me, while I was given the department the best I have even work outside of my job description but suddenly I hear that I'm no longer needed. It was very selfish decision and It does not make sense to me till now. They say at the beginning it is okay to do mistakes but the important thing is to learn from it but the fact is that, they wait for you to make a mistake to say goodbye to you. you have to keep asking the manager to meet with you for a follow up!. This company made me feel humiliated specially when I heard from other people that they said I was not able to do the job! it is very bad to make the company look very not honest when you tell different reason behind the employee back.
