      Pros

      - Good learning opportunities in the AI, ML, Data, and Cloud space. - Excellent technical team. - Hybrid work mode and Work from Anywhere option for 4 weeks per year. - The founders are good.

      Cons

      - 50% of management personnel (i.e., Engagement Managers) do not know how to bring out the best in people. They tend to micromanage instead of providing solutions or handling situations more effectively. They are also not confident enough to face clients during difficult conversations and often try to put engineers in front.
