      Pros

      -Longevity and stability (36 year old company) -The people that work here are approachable, smart and great at what they do -Executive management has an open door policy and does a good job with communication -My manager trusts me to do my job autonomously -Management is open to listening to ideas and suggestions and incorporating them when possible -Flexibility with daily working hours -Management makes good business decisions and has implemented changes that are good for the company -They attempt to bring a remote workforce with varied interests together in fun ways with virtual gatherings. -Having an in person Company party to bring everyone together in person in April

      Cons

      -Not a diverse management team -36 years in business means change doesn't happen very quickly but it does happen and is happening

      Pros

      - variety of teams and projects - occasionally stellar coworkers - educating yourself on current technologies is encouraged

      Cons

      - PMs are largely horrible - work-life balance is not leaned on with overtime / on-call responsibilities - benefits are just shy of average
