Pros
Small group of people, so everyone gets to know each other well. Boss is a great person! You should know what your doing before you walk in so dont bluff your skills.
Cons
McDonald employees in Bozeman make more an hour. Considering the company makes over 500k a year and only has a handful of employees between its two location the pay should be significantly different. I did not get to know the owner at all but, based on what he pays and the lack of any benefits i would say he is extremely greedy.
