Lots of decent colleagues, the area I work in has had some great people and leaders. Not perfect, but pretty good.
Cons
What a difference a change in ExCo and UK Senior Team has made...Inspiration? Gone. Culture? Sinking fast. Share price is terrible, but CEO insists we're on the right track to the point of everyone feeling gaslit. If we were a football club, we would have sacked the whole backroom staff at this point I'm sure. Appraisal ratings arbitrarily decided by people who couldn't pick the team members out of a lineup. Always ploughing ahead with bad decisions instead of learning. Not sure if it's ego or awareness that's the issue here. Bad behaviours and undermining behaviour has gone from being unacceptable to a must have for promotion. Truly bizarre place to work right now. Surely the senior leaders can feel the shift in atmosphere and belief???
