Beautiful facility, getting the opportunity to meet so many guest from all over, decent employee discount, not on bourbon of course.
Cons
No clear direction from upper management, unrealistic expectations, claim to be "transparent" they are anything but, watch your back because there is always someone ready to throw you under the bus.
