Pros

RANDOLPH has a close tight-knit team with a high passion for the work they do. Opportunity to make a real difference at this company, so if you are the kind of person to hit the ground running in your career and day-to-day you'll fit right in. A recent HR stat I saw shows average employee longevity at 9 years right now, a testament to the positive company culture. RANDOLPH makes eyewear and Aviator-style sunglasses for the military and commercial world, and stands by the QUALITY of it's product with a lifetime warranty to customers. This idea of standing by our product and only putting out the best work possible is a value we all live by. Family-owned business. So, good life/work balance with genuine care of it's employees. Great management training program available.

Cons

Resources are limited so we all wear multiple hats. I personally like this, but if you tend to prefer a big-company structured culture, then this is not for you. Due to the small nature of our team, it is sometimes difficult to push projects through which can be frustrating. Limited budget forces you to really think about how you are spending your resources and tackle your work goals in a phased approach over time, being very mindful of dollars spent (but those who are familiar with small businesses will understand this). Cramped office environment. But management is looking to move or expand buildings so this problem will go away soon.
