Pros

Majority of colleagues are kind and friendly.

Cons

Leadership team and CEO live in their own bubble with no connection to what is really happening around them. No opportunities for career progression. CEO is a bully. Patronises and bullies people out of the door, everyone is aware of this but fearful to raise because of repercussions. Patronising work culture. I would not recommend working for this organisation under the current CEO Philip Colligan.

repetitive manual labor and if you don't like being in one place
