Pros
Salary is competitive, positive team, incentives, true to mission and vision, client outcomes, generally like to wake up and come to my office. Also, the coffee is good and nice staff break rooms.
Cons
Having to take PTO for holidays where my office is closed anyway. Parking at some sites.
