Pros
Great benefits, and culture. They really push the culture at Red Hat and it is something that really helps the company thrive.
Cons
Pay - The company pays market value, but is limited to a 12% annual raise. If someone can make more at another company you will see them leave for that pay. However, many will return now that they can get more than 12% of their previous salary. Sort of a roundabout way to go around the 12% policy.
