Pros

There were some nice briefs to be had, and a few really good employees making great work. Rare late nights, a good get-out-at-six understanding. Good processes in place made production work run smooth.

Cons

After shutting down the Belfast office and making a large number of London redundancies specifically to the development team it felt as if the spirit of the company was thrown out too. Very few developers left to work and make stuff with. The type of work coming into the building took a turn for the worst, and with that morales followed suit. There was a noticeable hit to the culture because of this, causing a near entire turnover of staff in under a year. The new staff coming in to replace the old management setup didn't follow the pattern of employees that made rehab a fun place to work - bringing a slow, old school ad-agency vibe that was never there before.

Pros

Innovative Projects: Rehab Studio consistently worked on exciting and cutting-edge digital projects, which made the QA role really engaging. There was always something new to learn and interesting challenges to solve, from complex web applications to interactive experiences. * Strong Team Collaboration: The collaboration between the QA team, developers, designers, and project managers was excellent. Everyone was approachable, and there was a genuine sense of teamwork. My input as a QA Engineer was always valued and taken seriously, which fostered a very supportive environment.

Cons

Occasionally, project timelines could be tight, which required efficient prioritization, but this was generally well-managed.
