Pros
I have progressed through numerous roles at Resolve and at every stage I've felt supported and appreciated. I feel staff are incredibly well-treated and looked after, with numerous benefits that you don't always see, from the availability of fresh fruit every day, to regular funded socials throughout the year. One thing that has always stood out to me is the company's initiative to welcome, value, and encourage employee input - many decisions are based on the ideas and feedback that are provided by staff. There's generally a relaxed atmosphere in the office (which is modern and welcoming), but hard work is encouraged and rewarded. There's a great bond between staff, with many of us regularly meeting outside of work for other activities. In terms of developing knowledge, Resolve provide the space and time to further your learning, and I have been placed on numerous funded courses and training days throughout my time here. In most cases, Resolve is an early adopter of certain technologies, including the systems and processes we use internally, and the solutions that we provide to customers. This forward-thinking approach is what gives me the confidence that Resolve always seems to be heading in the right direction (year on year, the client base increases). One final thing I should mention is Resolve's commitment to its social and environmental responsibilities. Many fundraising events are held throughout the year (from Mario Kart competitions to quiz events and Bake-Offs) with the proceeds going to our chosen charity for that year, plus the offices are fitted with solar panels which generate and store energy for the building. This is genuinely the best company I've worked for and I don't take for granted the work-life balance, the friendships, and the appreciation that I have found at Resolve.
Cons
