      Pros

      It is a great place to get experience in different industries as it varies. There is a lot of on the job training as the dynamics of the industries varies. It is now work from home evironment. They have done a lot to create careers for local hires.

      Cons

      It is Japanese owned so there are still a lot of expats who have the ultimate decision power. That being said its a good place to gain experience.

      Pros

      The company really takes care of their employees and values their opinions. Great benefits and PTO accrual. Small teams that work together to keep everything running very smoothly. Great work environment and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not much upward mobility or opportunities for promotion out of your area.
