      Pros

Family environment, great work colleagues and a company that actually cares! No one is perfect but Rightio really do try and do the best for its employees and customers! Great incentives, great bonus structure and recognition when deserved! The employee of the month award for head office and engineers is great as people get the recognition they deserve!

      Cons

Hours can be all over the place but that is the nature of working within a call centre.

          Pros

Flexible, strong management, motivational, willing to innovate, daily training and diverse. Team building, a real working family. Great bonus offered with a comparative salary. Overtime offered.

          Cons

During the busy period there is not enough staff to cover. More responsibility to be given to staff that are capable.

Any genuinely good way to answer the "biggest weakness" question without sounding like a cliche. Anyone have any good examples?

I interview with this place about a week and a half ago. I think it went well and in the interview she said the next step would be a writing example, so I did that. Sent it to them the day it was due and haven't heard back since. She did say any next steps would be after thanksgiving since everyone was busy and their calendars full last week. I followed up on Monday with an email, but haven't heard back. Maybe it's taking awhile or should I try again end of week? I would at least like feedback.

I was promised a decision made by mid last week. I followed up on Thursday last week and got a response the update is now followed up with the hiring manager and their director and expect hear back by middle of next week. What should I be expecting if it’s delayed on promised update timeline from the hiring manager interview?
